Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for services provided by Sparkline Technosys Pvt. Ltd. (STPL). By subscribing to our services, customers agree to the terms stated in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Annual Service Customers
- Customers who have subscribed to an annual plan are eligible to request a refund within 3 months from the date of registration.
- Refund requests must be approved by the Technical Head of STPL.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days, after deducting installation charges and applicable GST.
2.2 Monthly Service Customers
- Customers subscribed to a monthly plan are eligible to request a refund within 7 days from the activation date.
- Refund requests must be approved by the Technical Head of STPL.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days after necessary deductions.
3. Refund Request Process
Customers must submit their refund request by filling out the Refund Request Form available at: [https://technosysonline.com/refund-request/]
The form will require the following details:
3.1 Customer Details
- Full Name (As per registration)
- Registered Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Customer ID / Connection ID
3.2 Service & Connection Details
- Installation Date (Date Picker)
- Plan Name & Speed (Dropdown)
- Current Billing Cycle (Auto-filled)
- Refund Eligibility Check (System auto-check if within eligible period)
3.3 Refund Reason & Justification
- Reason for Refund (Dropdown selection + Textbox for additional details):
- Service not working properly
- Shifting to another location
- Not satisfied with service
- Other (Specify in textbox)
- Describe Your Issue (Optional text field for additional details)
- Upload Proof (Optional – Screenshots of payment, speed tests, complaint records, etc.)
3.4 Bank Details for Refund
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- UPI ID (Optional)
3.5 Terms & Acknowledgment
Customers must acknowledge the following before submitting the refund request:
- “I agree that installation and GST charges will be deducted before refund processing.” (Checkbox – Must accept to proceed)
- “I confirm that all details provided are accurate and I authorize STPL to process my refund accordingly.” (Checkbox – Must accept to proceed)
Once the form is submitted, the refund request will be reviewed by the Technical Head for approval.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refund requests will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Annual Plan Customers: Refund will be credited within 30 days after deduction of installation and GST charges.
- Monthly Plan Customers: Refund will be credited within 15 days after necessary deductions.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or as per the details provided in the refund request form).
5. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Installation charges
- GST and applicable taxes
- Any third-party service fees incurred on behalf of the customer
6. Service Cancellation
- Customers can initiate service cancellation by providing a written request via email or through the Customer Portal.
- Once the cancellation request is received, services will be terminated as per the applicable notice period:
- Monthly Plan: 7-day notice period before the next billing cycle.
- Annual Plan: 30-day notice period before the contract end date.
